A London fashion photographer, out on a stroll, takes some casual shots of people in a park. When he blows up his prints he realizes he’s stumbled upon a murder. He begins to pursue the intriguing mystery that haunts him, with answers and the truth just out of reach…
» Their are several elements and moments in the film Blow-up that resonated with me deeply and that prompted me to create an olfactive response. From repeating textures of wood in the photographers car and loft, antiques, chemicals in the dark room,
dusty feathers, green leaves in the park and marijuana. However, the moment that resonated with me most and served as an inspiration for this fragrance is the scene with the oil painting. The oil painting becomes a metaphor reality vs fantasy.«

» Le Cinéma Olfactif « is an ongoing olfactive film screening program of cult, classic, independent and contemporary films that are held at cinemas and art institutions worldwide. As apart of each olfactive screening an exclusive fragrance is created out of a perfumers personal response to a specific moment or character in a film. The final scent is then integrated into the film screening experience and later offered as a perfume at the Galerie Folie shop.
